Anti-Social Experiment: Day 0

May is my anti-social experiment month! I, perhaps like many others, feel that I am too connected. So, for the month of May, I'm going old-school. I'll be on the PC 9-5 M-F as it's part of my job. But when I go home, I'm switching off. No emails, no texts, no apps and no tablet. No tech. I will make an exception for schoolwork or writing. But, in general, if you want me, you're welcome to phone my home number, or wait until I sit in front of my screen again. I'm not going to lie - I love my gadgets. This will not be easy for me. But I think that if I can't do it, I think I have some bigger problems to resolve... Wish me luck!
